Inspiration Bootcamp for Teens! - July 6-19th 4:00-4:45pm

Stephanie Hilborn • June 5, 2021

Inspiration is everywhere
Inspiration is everywhere.

Inspiration Bootcamp with Catalyzing Inspiration: This 9-day course is the antidote to too much zoom school and global stress! It aims to revitalize your teen to greater relaxation and self-care, self-consciousness and of course inspiration! It is designed to allow for teens to witness and observe what brings them joy and inspires them while co-creating in this course. In these group sessions, they will learn more about their motivation and receive tools to prioritize better. Students will have a reflective assignments as homework.

These meetings build on each other and allow for youth to understand what inspires them, what motivates them, and in turn to develop boundaries around the things which do not serve their higher purpose. The course is designed to facilitate reflection in teens, and will assist with college applications.

Class Structure: There will be a simple reflective assignment to do the day before each class. Sessions will begin with a meditation for grounding, followed by a facilitated dialogue which allows students to practice speaking and expressing their feelings in new situations, bond over what brings them joy/inspiration, and learn/practice techniques for stress alleviation. The structure is nine days. First day is introduction, followed by seven days of inspiration bootcamp and the final class wrap-up.

Session Dates: . July 6th - July 19th from 4:00pm - 4:45pm - times can be flexible - please reach out if you have a time preference for a group.

Ages: 13-18. (I will be offering another class for adults)

Price: $180 for 9 sessions - scholarships available!

Learning Goals: Students will learn practices in mindfulness and meditation to reset their nervous systems and find peace when challenges arise. They will learn life skills important to prep for college, to be confident sharing with others, expressing their feelings and listening to others. Students will have revitalized inspiration in their lives and bond with other students their age with similar challenges.
