The focus of our online workshops in May is:

Attentional living and the power of not-knowing

Helping: who can help me & who can I help?

Confidence, doubt and balance: the cyclicality of life

Forgiving the past and learning from it

Join a group of kind, reflective and generous elders who are a never-ending font of wisdom! There is joy and laughter as we see ourselves in each other!

Led by Elizabeth River, interfaith minister and lover of stories, we’ll be drawing upon our own experiences and wisdom, to continue the pilgrimage of our lives to being more authentic, honest, loving and connected – to becoming more fully who we truly are.

Our process includes meditation, teaching, and guided writing with writing prompts, questions and sometimes poems to open us to a more examined life. Sharing our stories with one another, we delight in both listening and being heard! This helps let go and be real – on paper and in voice!

Dates: Wednesdays, May 6, 13, 20 & 27

Time: 1 – 2:30 pm

Location: Online via Zoom
