Waters of the Heart: A Dance & Yoga Day-Long

Sunday, September 26, from 10am to 4pm at The Dance Palace in Point Reyes Station.

Join these two passionate and seasoned teachers for a day of honoring the sacred, via symbology and tradition; and join an inspiring community in celebratory movement and joyful embodiment.

Tika and Nubia share a long time friendship and love for one another and a deep respect and appreciation for the traditions from which they draw.

This offering will focus on the reviving and healing properties of the water element and on how the devotional waters of creation can purify our hearts, bodies and souls.

Please bring:
1- An item for the community altar.
2- Yoga Mat. 
3- Bottled Water with a cap.
4- Lunch and Snacks.
5- Picnic Cloth.
