Please Join the County of Marin for a conversation about the Short Term Rental Moratorium in West Marin on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at 6:00pm The County of Marin kicked off our Short Term Rental Ordinance Update with five community meetings in the Fall of 2022. At these meetings members of the public shared feedback on the current Short Term Rental Moratorium in West Marin. As a result, the County is hosting this meeting to discuss and take further comments on the Short Term Rental Moratorium and ways the County can improve communication with our communities. Please note: the County is not considering changes to the Board-approved moratorium, but comments at this meeting will inform proposals for long-term regulations of STR as relevant This meeting will be hosted over Zoom.
