I am a skilled seamstress who learned from her mother at an early age, and am proficient with both hand and machine sewing. Was responsible for designing and sewing the first meditation robes for students at Tassajara Zen Mountain Center as head of the sewing workshop there. I have done several mending jobs for local residents -- hemming pants, mending socks, etc. $20 per hour.
